Ingredients
- 1 cute skin orange
- 1 Large jar of maraschino cherries
- 75 CC. of Grand Marnier
- 1/2 glass of whiskey
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 Measure of rum
- 1 kg. American cream ice cream
Instructions
- Wash the orange very well and remove a strip of yellow skin, Place the cherries with their juice in a saucepan, Add the orange peel, the Grand Marnier (Liquor) and whiskey.
- Take to the fire and when it breaks the boil, Add the starch diluted in 1 tablespoon water, Mix over heat until thickened, Drizzle cherries with preheated rum in a ladle, Light a match and carefully bring it closer to the cherries and light them.
- Serve one or two scoops of ice cream per plate and a serving of cherries.
