  • 1 kg of pork loin
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 glass of wine red
  • 1 Spoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • fresh thyme
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  1. Cut the meat into pieces of approximately 3 CMS by side
  2. Sprinkle the starch of corn on her meat
  3. Cut the carrots and Onion diced
  4. Brown meat in olive oil over low heat in a frying pan
  5. Once the meat is browned add to the pan the onion and carrots
  6. Wait until the onion becomes slightly transparent and then add thyme, pepper,the salt of garlic, Worcestershire sauce, the wine and salt
  7. In a blender blend the tomatoes by adding a glass of hot water
  8. Add to skillet tomato sauce just blending
  9. Cover and leave to simmer for 45 minutes.
