  • 250 GR. Dogfish (sliced or in tacos)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a spoonful of flour
  • parsley
  • Green asparagus
  • medium onion
  • half a glass of white wine
  • clams
  1. Chop the onion and garlic and fry together with Dogfish.
