Ingredients
- 1 kg. of fat pork loin
- 8 tablespoons corn oil
- 120 CC. white wine dry
- 8 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 Green apples, peeled and grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eye to seal all its fibers so that the juices do not escape.
- Remove the already sealed meat and place on a metal rack in an oven with water dish, Cook 40 minutes in moderate oven.
- Put in the same Pan (discarding half of oil) Black sugar, all spices, wine and grated apples.
- Stir with a wooden spoon over low heat, slow and cook until the Apple puree. Remove from the heat, drizzle the pork and serve.
