Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of skirt or lizard Queen, beef

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups you minced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper, without veins and seeds
  • 2 cups of tomato picadta, without skin or seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup sauce.
Instructions
  1. Clean the meat and with a knife opens doing subsequent cuts to put a 2 centimeters thick.
  2. Prepare a marinade by mixing the 2 tablespoons oil, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, garlic, Salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and cumin and with that mixture is fruit good meat. Let marinate for 1/2 time
