Ingredients
  • 1 kg of lean meat
  • 4 Hass avocados
  • 2 tablespoons of sea salt
  • Juice of 10 lemons
  • 1/2 Cup jalapeno vinegar
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 bunch of cilantro
  • 5 jalapenos in vinegar
  • 1 Roasted chipotle Chile
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix meat with salt, lime and jalapeno vinegar.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the following order in layers, the first avocados, then onions, over the tomatoes then Jalapeños and chili chipotle and place in each layer cilantro.
  3. Make sure that each of these ingredients is well in layers. Cover and refrigerate, steeping minimum by 2 hours. Before serving, mix all the ingredients until they are well incorporated.
  4. To serve, fill shells with meat avocados, decorate to your taste, they may be accompanied with tortilla chips, or Saltine crackers.
