Ingredients
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1/8 l of boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 l of liquid cream
  • 1 Vanilla powder bag
For the oven tray
  • Aluminum foil and oil
Instructions
  1. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush it with oil. Toast the sugar in a frying pan while stirring constantly, until it's melted.
  2. Gradually add the boiling water and bring to a boil until it has almost completely evaporated. Add the butter. Cream and vanilla. Bring the dough to a boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens. It takes a few 20-30 minutes.
  3. Spread the dough on the foil so that it has 1 cm thick. When the caramel dough begins to get hard, dice are cut from 1 1/2 cm with a sharp fine knife.
  4. Separate the candies from each other so they don't stick together and let cool completely.
Notes
  • If you want to give the candies wrapped in colored cellophane paper, they will have a nice presentation.
