  • 1 pound of peeled potatoes
  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
  • Drops yellow colouring
  • 1/2 Cup of confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of powdered sugar to decorate
  1. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Cook over medium heat, until they are soft and they can is easily chop with a fork. Leave to cool a little, drain and mash them in the same pot until they mash.
