Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 TSP. cayenne pepper
- 1 TSP. Tree chili flakes
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 medium eggs, smoothies
- 1/2 TSP. Chili Sauce
- 1 cup sweetened coconut, crumbled
- 24 large shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined with glue
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a deep saucepan, mix the flour, cayenne pepper and chili flakes. In a small bowl, Combine eggs and chili sauce. In another deep saucepan, Combine breadcrumbs and coconut. Lightly coat the shrimp in the seasoned flour.
- Hold each shrimp by the tail and dip it into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb.
- For better breading, dip the shrimp back into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb.
- Heat the oil to 300 F (150 C). Fry the shrimp by 1 min. until browned well.
- Drain them on paper towels and serve with sauce, and garnish with lemon wedges
