Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 TSP. cayenne pepper
  • 1 TSP. Tree chili flakes
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 medium eggs, smoothies
  • 1/2 TSP. Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut, crumbled
  • 24 large shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined with glue
  • vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a deep saucepan, mix the flour, cayenne pepper and chili flakes. In a small bowl, Combine eggs and chili sauce. In another deep saucepan, Combine breadcrumbs and coconut. Lightly coat the shrimp in the seasoned flour.
  2. Hold each shrimp by the tail and dip it into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb.
  3. For better breading, dip the shrimp back into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb.
  4. Heat the oil to 300 F (150 C). Fry the shrimp by 1 min. until browned well.
  5. Drain them on paper towels and serve with sauce, and garnish with lemon wedges
