  1. 1 (9 Oz) of refrigerated fettuccine
  2. 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  3. 2 green onions, chopped
  4. 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  5. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  6. 1 / 2 Cup (2 Oz) grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 1 / 3 cup half and half
  8. 3 tablespoons (1 1 / 2 Oz) cream cheese 1/3
  9. 1 / 4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  10. 2 tablespoons of parsley fresh chopped
  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, omitting salt and fat. Drain the pasta in a colander over a bowl, reserving 1 / 4 Cup cooking juices. Combine shrimp, onions and garlic in a small bowl. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil; swirl wrap. Add shrimp and saute mixture during 4 minutes or until the shrimp are done. Out of the frying pan, keep the heat.
  2. 2. Reduce to medium heat. Add the reserved cooking liquid, Parmesan, cream cheese and a half, the cream and pepper skillet. Cook by 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Combine the pasta, cheese mixture, and the mix of shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley.
