Ingredients
  • 250 GR. water
  • 125 GR. flour
  • 25 GR. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 GR. sugar
Instructions
  1. Put water to boil with the butter. Then remove from the heat and add the flour that previously you will have added the grated rind of lemon.
  2. Reset to fire slow, Turning continuously until the mass is off of the edges.
  3. Remove from heat and add eggs (the second should not be added until not this well built the first).
  4. With the help of a spoon or a sleeve pastry go throwing the dough in a pan with hot oil (not too much).
  5. Once cast the mass increase heat and go turning the fritters to make them for all sites.
  6. Remove from oil when browned and add sugar on top.
Notes
  • Finally, they can be filled to taste with chocolate, pastry cream.
