Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of strength flour
- 300 grams of corn in canned grain, Drained
- 1/3 Cup grated cheese
- 2 Eggs little beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Arrange all the necessary ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
- Sift the flour in a bowl and add the corn and cheese. Mix them well.
- Form a gap in the center. Pour the eggs into it and stir the whole well. Divide the dough into six equal portions.
- Heat half of the butter in a pan. Add three servings of the mixture, to a few 3 cm distance.
- Fry the fritters 3 minutes over medium heat. until browning the underside. Turn them over with a skimmer. Fry the other side 3 more minutes. Remove them from the pan and let them drain on absorbent paper. Repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.
Notes
- As a variation, Add a tablespoon of chopped chives or parsley to the mixture before placing it in the pan
