Ingredients
- Clean spinach 1 kg.
- Onion minced 1 u.
- Butter 50 GRS.
- Maizena 3 CDAS.
- Milk 2 Cup.
- Grated cheese 3 CDAS.
- Pate 1 lata chica.
- Chopped parsley 1 CDA.
- Eggs 4 u.
- Cooked ham 6 slices.
- Salt, Pepper and Walnut nutmeg c/n.
Instructions
- Boil the spinach , drain and finely chop.
- Saute onion in butter, Add the cornstarch and mix well. Add the milk slowly stirring constantly, and Cook 3 minutes.
- Season with salt , pepper and nutmeg.
- Add the vegetables, grated cheese, pate, parsley and eggs, and thoroughly mix all the preparation. Return to season if necessary.
- Grease a mould, cover with ham and fill with preparation of vegetables.
- Cooking bath in moderate oven approx. 45 minutes.
