  • Clean spinach 1 kg.
  • Onion minced 1 u.
  • Butter 50 GRS.
  • Maizena 3 CDAS.
  • Milk 2 Cup.
  • Grated cheese 3 CDAS.
  • Pate 1 lata chica.
  • Chopped parsley 1 CDA.
  • Eggs 4 u.
  • Cooked ham 6 slices.
  • Salt, Pepper and Walnut nutmeg c/n.
  1. Boil the spinach , drain and finely chop.
  2. Saute onion in butter, Add the cornstarch and mix well. Add the milk slowly stirring constantly, and Cook 3 minutes.
  3. Season with salt , pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Add the vegetables, grated cheese, pate, parsley and eggs, and thoroughly mix all the preparation. Return to season if necessary.
  5. Grease a mould, cover with ham and fill with preparation of vegetables.
  6. Cooking bath in moderate oven approx. 45 minutes.
