Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of spinach or chard
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Cup fine chopped onions
  • 1/4 kg. ground post (Minced pork meat or round)
  • 1/4 Cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 scoop by royal
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika color (paprika) and oregano
  • 2 cuch. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 Cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the spinach, place them in a plastic bag tied and punctured. Place in the oven of 6 to 8 min to the 100%. Then squeeze them well.
  2. A source in heat 1 cuch. oil to the 100% during 45 sec., empty it with the seasonings onion, Salt, oregano, color and sugar. Stir well and place in the oven 3 min to the 100% removing half the time. Add the ground post (minced meat) with the other tablespoon of oil. Mix well and again put in the oven 1 ½ min to the 100%.
  3. Enmantequillar a Pyrex and empty this mixture dealing it in the bottom. Place spinach covering all of the above mixture.
  4. Besides dissolving the tablespoon of flour in 1/4 Cup of milk, Add baking powder. First beat the whites to snow, pour the egg yolks and continue beating and finally empty the flour dissolved with a pinch of salt.
  5. Distribute batter over the spinach, covering it completely, sprinkle grated cheese over, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Place in the oven for 6 to 8 min to the 100% until the milkshake is hard. Let stand for 3 to 4 min and serve accompanied with potatoes or potato salad.
Notes
  • All times are for microwave of 1000 Watts. If you have less, It's okay. Just increase the times and check the cooking
