Ingredients
  • Onion pudding
  • 3 pen medium-sized onions
  • 4 slices of bacon into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 Cup grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
Walnut Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup ground walnuts
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
Instructions
  1. Have the mold greased and sprinkled with bread crumbs
  2. In a bowl put the bacon, Onion and margarine uncovered to the 100% 6 minutes. Stir in half the time.
  3. Apart, beat the eggs, cream, Salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese. Mix well then pour pouring onions and mix well.
  4. In-mold pyrez already buttered and dusted with bread crumbs is placed the milkshake and gets uncovered to the 70% 6 minutes. Then to the 50% 4 minutes so set. Stand uncovered 3 o 4 minutes and is served hot topped with Walnut Sauce.
  5. Walnut Sauce: Mix Pecans with bread crumbs. Gradually add milk and water until a thick sauce forms. Uncovered to the 70% a few 3 minutes in the microwave.
  6. This sauce is placed on top of the pudding.
  7. If you become very thick, add more milk.
Notes
  • All times are for microwave of 1000 Watts. If you have less, It's okay. Just increase the times and check the cooking
