Traditional brownies
INGREDIENTS:
♦ 100 g margarine spreadable light 0% TRANS.
♦ 1/2 cup sugar
♦ 1 Cup of granulated sweetener
♦ 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
♦ 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
♦ 2 eggs, beaten
♦ 1/2 Cup flour 0000
♦ 3/4 pecan Cup walnuts chopped fine
♦ Dew plant
♦ 1 spoonful of sugar icing
PREPARATION:
- Melt the margarine on fire at least, Add the sweetener previously mixed with sugar, the cocoa and the vanilla; leave to cool.
- Mix with the eggs and flour to integrate.
- Add the walnuts and mix.
- Preheat the oven. Moisten a mold of 18 x 25 cm with vegetable spray and flour.
- Pour the preparation and cooking at moderate temperature 20 minutes or until the preparation is off of the edges.
- Leave to cool 30 minutes and turn out on a rack. Once fully cooled, cut into squares of 2,5 cm side and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in airtight jars.
