Traditional brownies

♦ 100 g margarine spreadable light 0% TRANS.

♦ 1/2 cup sugar

♦ 1 Cup of granulated sweetener

♦ 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

♦ 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

♦ 2 eggs, beaten

♦ 1/2 Cup flour 0000

♦ 3/4 pecan Cup walnuts chopped fine

♦ Dew plant

♦ 1 spoonful of sugar icing


  1. Melt the margarine on fire at least, Add the sweetener previously mixed with sugar, the cocoa and the vanilla; leave to cool.
  2. Mix with the eggs and flour to integrate.
  3. Add the walnuts and mix.
  4. Preheat the oven. Moisten a mold of 18 x 25 cm with vegetable spray and flour.
  5. Pour the preparation and cooking at moderate temperature 20 minutes or until the preparation is off of the edges.
  6. Leave to cool 30 minutes and turn out on a rack. Once fully cooled, cut into squares of 2,5 cm side and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in airtight jars.
