  • 7 egg whites
  • 150 g sugar
  • the interior of 1 vanilla pod
  • 100 g chocolate in block
  • 60 g flour

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 glass of kirsch liqueur (2 CL)

  4. Beat the butter and mix with her little by little the puding alternating with kirsch. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the cream. Spread remaining cream over the cake, roll this up and sift cocoa over. Decorate with cream and jam.
