  • 200 g ripe strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 80 g flour
  • 20 g of starch
  • On the other hand
  • 1/2 l of liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of powdered sugar

  1. Line a baking sheet with paper beard. Cleaning strawberries, cut them into two or four depending on the size. Sprinkle with sugar and let that covered permeate. Heat oven to 240 degrees.
  2. Beat the yolks with half the sugar until you get a frothy mixture. Assemble the whites with the rest of the sugar and add them from the bottom up to the yolk mixture. Sift over the flour with the starch and mix. Spread the dough on the paper beard and cook it 5 minutes to half-height. Dump the layer of cake on a cloth sprinkled sugar and allow it to cool housing with a damp cloth. Remove the paper beard.
  3. Assemble the cream with the sugar, mix it with strawberries and spread over the cake layer. With the help of cloth, roll the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar sifted.
