For the cake
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g. sugar
  • 120 g. corn starch
For the filling
  • 500 g. cream
  • 200 GRS. Philadelphia
  • 2 tablespoons of confectioners sugar
  • 500 g. of fresones
For the syrup
  • 50 g. Ron
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 50 g. sugar
Instructions
