Knead the marzipan well with powdered sugar sifted, chopped nuts, rum and marasbutin. Spread the dough on a smooth surface so that it has 1 cm thick and with a thin, sharp knife cut chunks of 2 x 3 cm trapezium-shaped.
Grate the chocolate and melt it in the water bath. Leave to cool until almost hard and heat again then a little. Pinch the marzipan pieces with a fork and put them in the chocolate.
Let the chocolates drain a little on a rack and sink half the walnut over the chocolate bath all soft way of each chocolate.
Let the chocolate bath dry and put the chocolates in the fridge so they get completely hard.
