Ingredients
- 1/4 l water
- 60 g butter
- a pinch of salt
- 150 g flour, 3-4 eggs
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of rum
For frying
- 1 l oil or 1 kg of butter
To work the dough
- paper beard and oil
Instructions
- Lightly oil a paper beard that you can put in the Pan or Fryer. Boil the water with butter and salt and pour the sifted flour once.
- Stir the mass until it falls off the bottom of the Pan and forms a ball. Pass the ball to a source, leave to cool a little and add the eggs one by one.
- Heat the oil to 175 degrees. Insert the dough cooked in a sleeve pastry bag with star-shaped nozzle and make small doughnuts on paper beard. Put in oil paper with buns – buns down-.
- Remove the paper when the doughnuts have fallen off. FRY on both sides until browned.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Mix the powdered sugar with rum and a tablespoon of water and cover the buns with a thin layer of this bath.
