Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 50 g. butter
- A tablespoon of baking powder
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Put the sugar, the lemon peel (only the yellow part) and crushed at speeds 5-7-9.
- Put the eggs and butter and is scheduled 1 minute to 50º and speed 4.
- Add the cornstarch, yeast and mix 6 seconds in speed 5.
- Is placed in a greased ( or lined with vegetable paper) in the oven which we previously heated. Is left do about twenty-five minutes over medium heat and is controlled if it is already getting a needle and checking that comes out clean.
- Allowed to cool at room temperature.
