575 cc of water

85 g of margarine or fat soft

35 g salt
For the filling
180 g cold margarine

Hydrate the yeast in 100 cc of the total of water, at room temperature. Add malt extract, margarine or soft fat and, little by little, the flour with the salt. Form a dough soft and knead until it is soft. Cover with polythene and take to the refrigerator to cool, during 20 minutes.
For the filling, join the cold fat margarine and flour. Shape of rectangle, roll out the dough until you reach 1 cm thick, have the filling in the center of the dough and enclose it with the same. Stretch and fold into thirds. Return to stretch and bend in four. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 time. Roll out the dough and fold in three. Cover and bring to the refrigerator one hour.
At last, stretch to achieve 2 cm thick. Click the entire surface, Cut squares of 5 cm and arrange on plates just greased. Cover and let rise in a warm place.
Cook at 200° C, during 30 minutes. Once cooked, spray with water or brush with melted butter.
