  • 1 1/2 a kilo of beef goose cut into steaks or medallions of 1 1/2 to 2 centimeters thick 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 large thick wheel onion
  • 8 wheels of tomato Apple seeds.
  1. Mix well the vinegar, oil, the garlic, pepper and salt and with that mixture is pickled steaks during 20 minutes.
  2. In a frying pan is put the oil for frying steaks a few 3 minutes per side. Kept warm aside. In the same oil is fried onions until they begin to Brown and are distributed on top of the steak. Then the wheels of tomato are slightly browned, around 1 min per side and placed on the onions over each steak and thus are served immediately.
  • NOTE: If it is the wheels of tomato will have a steak onions.
