Ingredients
  • Three large aubergines
  • half a kilo of minced meat (half of beef and pork)
  • an onion
  • a clove of garlic
  • half a kilo of tomato puree
  • oil
  • a bag of shredded cheese to melt (Emmental).
Instructions
  1. Cut eggplants in half lengthwise, We emptied them, without skin, Once we have the empty Aubergine, chop the flesh of the Eggplant.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic and FRY in a pan. Once ready add the bay leaf and minced meat and season.
  3. When the meat has taken color add the pieces of Eggplant (Although the pan to much fill in a few minutes the Eggplant is reduced) then add the tomato puree. Refreimos until the tomato is almost ready.
  4. Put meat mixture with tomatoes in halves of berenejenas and add the grated cheese on top. Leave eggplants stuffed with of 30 to 45 minutes in the oven at 180 °.
