  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 3/16 l of lukewarm milk
  • 80 g candied lemon rind
  • 50 g of candied orange rind
  • 120 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • salt and anise 1/3 teaspoon of each
  • 1 knife of ground cumin
  • the grated rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 80 g of raisins
On the other hand
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g coarse sugar

  1. Grease a baking tray. Sift the flour onto a source. In the center of this, mix the yeast, crumbled with a little flour and milk. Leave to ferment the yeast prior mass 15 minutes.
