  • 2 cups instant corn flour
  • 6 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 Cup grated gruyere cheese
  • 3 Eggplant
  • Fresh ginger

Ingredients for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Cup of vinegar
  • 1 Cup of Ketchup
  • Fresh herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 dry Chile

For the sauce
