Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons dehydrated grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup pure mango juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons diced mango pulp
  • ¼ Cup of coconut milk
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Peel bananas and cut into two or three pieces, Sprinkle with lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar. Then pass by wheat flour and then the beaten egg, followed by the grated coconut. Soft press to paste the coconut well.
  2. Apart in a pan with oil, sauté the pieces of bananas until they are well browned. Remove and drain on paper.
