Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons dehydrated grated coconut
- 1/2 cup pure mango juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons diced mango pulp
- ¼ Cup of coconut milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut into two or three pieces, Sprinkle with lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar. Then pass by wheat flour and then the beaten egg, followed by the grated coconut. Soft press to paste the coconut well.
- Apart in a pan with oil, sauté the pieces of bananas until they are well browned. Remove and drain on paper.
- Put aside the mango juice in a suitable container, take it to the fire until it begins to boil, Add the sugar and dissolve well. Add the teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water, mix until it has thickened. Then add mango cubes and cook for a few minutes.
