  • 6 bananas, very immature
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 100 GR. powdered sugar
  • 1 boy cake or vanilla
  • 150 GR. shredded coconut
  • Rum or other liquor, to taste
  • 400 GR. milk cream
  • Vanilla essence, to taste
  1. Stepping on the bananas with the lemon juice into a paste. Book 4 tablespoons sugar and add the rest to the mashed bananas.
  2. Place the sponge cake in layers and the first place the rum or liqueur of your choice. If you are using vanilla make a floor at the bottom of the dish and drizzle with liqueur or rum.
  3. Sandwich a layer of mashed bananas, grated coconut, sponge cake, ending with cake mix. Beat sugar, vanilla essence and cream, to obtain a firm whipped cream. Cover dessert, Sprinkle with grated coconut. Take the refrigerator a few hours before serving.
