  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 TSP saffron
  • 3 Potatos
  • Stock amount
  1. Wash and remove the thorns to the cod. In a pan put oil, heat. Add the garlic, the chili pepper and parsley, all chopped.
  2. Saute and add the cod into pieces. Cover with hot broth, sliced potatoes, the onion cut into rings and saffron. Cook with medium fire and uncovered. Serve hot.
