Ingredients
- 1/2 kg. COD
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 TSP saffron
- 3 Potatos
- Stock amount
Instructions
- Wash and remove the thorns to the cod. In a pan put oil, heat. Add the garlic, the chili pepper and parsley, all chopped.
- Saute and add the cod into pieces. Cover with hot broth, sliced potatoes, the onion cut into rings and saffron. Cook with medium fire and uncovered. Serve hot.
