  • 1 kg. fresh cod
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 spoonful of lard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Clean and cut the fish into pieces. Grease a pan with olive oil, arrange the pieces of fish in it, they place the garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring the pan to high heat and cook for 6 minutes on each side, Turning carefully so that the cod will not disassemble.
  3. When ready, place them in a bowl covered with the sauce that was formed in the Pan, Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
