Ingredients
- 1 kg. fresh cod
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 spoonful of lard
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Clean and cut the fish into pieces. Grease a pan with olive oil, arrange the pieces of fish in it, they place the garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- Bring the pan to high heat and cook for 6 minutes on each side, Turning carefully so that the cod will not disassemble.
- When ready, place them in a bowl covered with the sauce that was formed in the Pan, Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
