Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 ½ Cup water
- 1 can of red kidney beans
- 3 TSP of sofrito
- 1 ulna "Knor" cilantro
- 1 envelope of sazon with achiote
- Red pepper or paprika
- Cilantro
- 3 ounces or 100 grams Bacon
- 1 ontano 30 g capers
Instructions
- Chop into small pieces, bacon and sauté in a pot.
- Then pour sauce, Salt, ulna, seasoning, chopped cilantro, Bell Pepper, chopped, capers and the Tin of beans and leave by 2 minutes cooking before pouring the rice.
- Add the rice and water.
- Remove and cover to fire mediated.
- Return to remove once the water has evaporated and back cover down to fire slow ones 10 additional minutes.
- Total cooking time should be approximately 30 minutes. Always try to ensure that this rice in its point.
