Ingredients
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 ½ Cup water
  • 1 can of red kidney beans
  • 3 TSP of sofrito
  • 1 ulna "Knor" cilantro
  • 1 envelope of sazon with achiote
  • Red pepper or paprika
  • Cilantro
  • 3 ounces or 100 grams Bacon
  • 1 ontano 30 g capers
Instructions
  1. Chop into small pieces, bacon and sauté in a pot.
  2. Then pour sauce, Salt, ulna, seasoning, chopped cilantro, Bell Pepper, chopped, capers and the Tin of beans and leave by 2 minutes cooking before pouring the rice.
  3. Add the rice and water.
  4. Remove and cover to fire mediated.
  5. Return to remove once the water has evaporated and back cover down to fire slow ones 10 additional minutes.
  6. Total cooking time should be approximately 30 minutes. Always try to ensure that this rice in its point.
