Ingredients
  • 1 I of soy milk
  • 100 g rice
  • 175 g ground sugar
  • 1 chaucha vanilla
  • ground cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions
  1. Put the milk in a saucepan, vanilla, heat up and add the rice. Simmer ingessing from as sing with a wooden spoon. When the rice is tender, incorporate the sugar and boil for a few minutes. Remove the vanilla and dump the rice into a compote. Leave to cool, bring to the fridge and serve cold sprinkled with cinnamon.
