Ingredients
  • 2 cups of long grain rice grade 1
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 tablespoons of curry
  • 1/2 fine chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cup fine chopped celery
  • 1/2 Cup currants (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup fine chopped walnuts
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 Cup white wine
  • 1 beef bouillon cube, chicken or vegetables
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
Instructions
  1. In a bowl place the margarine, Onion and curry. Put in the microwave uncovered to the 100% a few 2 and a half minutes. Remove half the time.
  2. Add the rice and mix well. Then, uncovered to the 100% two minutes and a half and also remove half the time.
  3. Add celery, Bouillon cube, Salt, wine, boiled water and mix thoroughly. Put in the microwave plugged to the 70% a few 14 or 16 minutes.
  4. When you are ready, Add the raisins and walnuts, mixing well. Is lid and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
  • All times are for microwave of 1000 Watts. If you have less, It's okay. Just increase the times and check the cooking
