  • Fried rice with coriander and basil
  • 2 1/2 cups of jasmine rice
  • 100 g of pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • a piece of 3 cm of chopped lard
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • a piece of 4 cm of grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons chopped red chilli
  • 2 boneless chicken antemuses, diced
  • 1 spoonful of fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Golden Mountain sauce
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh Thai basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped, booking some to adorn
  1. Steam the rice. Leave to cool and store overnight in the fridge.
  2. Dice the pig. Heat the oil well in a wok or in a large, thick-bottomed panlen; Skip 2 minutes the butter, garlic, ginger and chilli.
  3. Add chicken and pork; skip them during 3 minutes until they change color. Remove the rice to make it loose, put it in the wok and stir well with two wooden spoons. When it's hot, put the sauces, spring onions and herbs, remove and serve.
  • You can use any other lean cut of the pig, for example sirloin.
