  • 1 tablespoon of oil of Sesame
  • 1 sweet pepper diced
  • 2 cups of bean born
  • 1 Cup of cashews
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1½ tablespoon of curry
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. In a frying pan of hot teflon oil and sauté the peppers, born bean and cashew seeds.
  2. Add rice, curry and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Lower the heat and cover the Pan. Cook approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat.
