Ingredients
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 spoonful of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 350 g rice
  • 3 cups of vegetable broth, hot
  • The juice and the shell zest of a lemon large

  • 350 g of Zucchini chopped
  • 225 g mushrooms chopped in pictures
  • 100 g of pea
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cream
  • 50 g of qieso Parmesan grated
  • Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
  1. -Melt 25 g butter with oil, in a frying pan. Add the onion and Cook, with the container covered, during 3-4 minutes, until they soften. Reduce the fire, Add the rice and stir for 1 minute until it is well coated.
