Ingredients
- 4 or 5 green pineapples (pine pines, Of course)
- 1 bottle of anise
Instructions
- Pineapples are cut in 4 pooches and is macerated with anise in an airtight jar. It is left to rest for 4 weeks (at least) in a dark place. After that time, it is strained with cloth strainer and bottled.
