  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon black sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 5 tablespoons neutral oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 skinless chicken wings
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 Chili pepper Red
  • 1/2 green bell pepper chili
  • 1/2 cup of short grain rice
  • 1 cup of hot bird broth
  • 2 green onions
  1. Mix the honey in a bowl, Black sugar, crushed garlic, cinnamon, the ginger, soy sauce, pepper, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add to the wings and marinate them 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven and cook the wings on an oven plate, coming in tight, cook them in a moderate oven 30 to 40 minutes, spraying with marinade every now and then. Clean cut carrots and blackberries into fine Band-Aids.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan and relax rice until clear, add the vegetables and stir for a few seconds. Pour the broth well hot. Cover and cook 18 minutes, in moderate fire. Re-season.
  4. Chop the green onion and mix it with the rice, distribute with the wings and serve hot.
