Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded coconut,
- 1 cup sugar,
- 1 Cup evaporated milk,
- drops of Red vegetable paint,
- wafers.
Instructions
- Blend the coconut milk. place in a bowl the sugar and pour in the mixture of coconut.
- Cook over low heat, continuously moving until the bottom of the saucepan. Divide the mixture into two. Let cool slightly and Tinea half until a strong pink color, mixing the paint well.
- Line a dish with wafers. place them on the dyed pink part, then the white and cover with another layer of wafers.
