THE SAUCE
  • 1 Large can of crushed or whole tomato (first screening to remove pipes)
  • 1/4 olive oil Bowl
  • 2 tablespoons butter or vegetable margarine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, divided in 8 pieces
  • 2 TSP of Basil (dry or natural)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, dark or raw
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 200 g of spaghetti
MEATBALLS
  • 2 bowls of shredded cabbage and cauliflower
  • 3/4 Bowl of corn or wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 turmeric
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Abundant frying oil.
THE SAUCE
  1. Heat the oil and butter over a low heat. Add the garlic and pepper and FRY during 30 seconds. Add the pieces of carrot and FRY for one minute. Remove the tomatoes and put other ingredients (except the spaghetti). Increase the heat to a boil and then lower it to a fire slowly during 20 minutes. Remove the leaves and pieces of carrot.
MEATBALLS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make balls with the hands of a diameter of 2,5 CMS. (wet your hands first). Heat the oil and FRY balls until golden brown. Put the sauce 5 minutes before eating. You can use mixed with spaghetti or not.
