  • 1/2 Kg. minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g. gluten-free bread crumb soaked in milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Pepper and nutmeg to taste (Optional)
  • Salt (a teaspoon of moka).
  • Maizena for frying
For the sauce
  • 1 onion and onion 1/2 (large)
  • A glass of broth water
  • Half a glass (of the water) wine
  1. The bread is grate with garlic and parsley at speeds 5-7-9 Progressively. The egg is added, milk, salt and pepper, mixes and adds the meat, mixing it.
  2. Meatballs form, they pass through cornna and fry in a little oil ( or you put them in the oven to gratin). You can also put chickpea flour instead of cornine.
  3. Once well fried they are reserved and with that same oil (a few 50 (g).) put in the Thermomix, saute the chopped onion. When golden and soft, it is thrown over the meatballs with the glass of broth and wine or vermouth and left to a boil.
