Ingredients
  1. 600 GRS. ground beef
  2. 1 slice bread
  3. 1 very small onion
  4. 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  5. 3 tablespoons butter
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  7. 2 red tomatoes
  8. 1 garlic
  9. milk
  10. salt to taste
  11. pepper to taste
  12. oregano
  13. ground oregano
  14. Cup of olive oil
Instructions
  1. For the sauce
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices
  3. Cut the garlic in 4 parts
  4. Fry the tomatoes and the garlic in a pan with a little olive oil
  5. Once fried tomatoes blend together with garlic in 400 MLS. water
  6. Empty sauce into the Pan where FRY and let simmer for a few minutes adding a few leaves of oregano and a pinch of salt.
  7. For meatballs
  8. Soak bread in milk slice
  9. In a bowl put ground beef, sliced bread, the bread crumbs, melted butter, parsley and onion and knead
  10. Form meatballs (yield to around 18 meatballs)
  11. Sprinkle the meatballs with a pinch of salt, pepper and ground oregano.
  12. FRY in olive oil.
  13. Serve meatballs and covering them with tomato sauce and accompany with white rice
