Ingredients
  • 200 GR. almond
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 GR. bread crumb
  • water
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • Salt
Lining
  • melon, grapes, Ham
Instructions
  1. Put the breadcrumb in a large bowl. Pour over cold water and let soak.
  2. Peel the almonds and scather them for a couple of minutes in a saucepan with boiling water. Remove skin with a tiptoe and add to the whisk glass.
  3. Add the garlic, vinegar and salt to your liking and crush until you get a homogeneous cream. Gradually stir in the oil and continue to crush. Cool in the fridge.
  4. For lining, make some melon balls, peel some grapes and finely chop the ham. Serve in each glass a little garnisher and pour on top of the white garlic.
Notes
  • Don't forget to serve it cold white garlic. If you want to lighten it, you just add more cold water. And if you really want it to be exquisite, you just add a couple of bitter almonds.
