1Put powdered sugar, vanilla powder and eggs in a bowl and beat until the mixture becomes foamy.
2Then rinse a saucepan with cold water and pour the milk in it. Heat the milk but remove it before boiling.
3Add the foamy mixture to heated milk and stir over medium heat until the mixture is thickened (be careful that it does not boil). Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. When the mixture is cooled add the whipped cream and stir.
4Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over the boiling water and add it to prior mixture. Stir and put the mixture in the freezer for about two hours.
