Direções

1Clean and blend the peaches and orange.

2Put egg yolk, powdered sugar and vanilla powder in a saucepan and stir over boiling water for a while. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir until the mixture arises. Let it cool and add whipped cream and blended peaches and orange. Stir and put the mixture in the freezer.

3 Após 15 minutes put it out from the freezer and blend. Return the mixture in the freezer and leave it until it is hardened.

Ingredientes

200 grams of peaches

25 grams of powdered sugar

1 egg yolk

1 cup of whipped cream

1/2 of orange

2,5 tablespoons of vanilla powder
