Pizza Bananas Foster

1First pre-bake the dough, it will be return after little time after being topped.

2Second melt butter in small pan/pot on low heat, add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

3Stire until sugar is dissolved. You have to be very careful to not burn it!

4Now add lemon juice, bananas and stir very gently until it’s coated with syrup.

5Pour over pre-baked shell and between 30 and 40 seconds (no flame!).

6Now top with icing

7Cut into 8 or 12 slices and enjoy this sweet pizza!

1tsp. cinnamon

2TBS. lemon juice

heavy cream

vanilla syrup
