Tuna Tartare – Sexy, elegant and very easy to prepare

Tuna Tartare

A divine old sweetie no comparison levels. Sexy, elegant and very easy to prepare!.
Ideal for an intimate cenita or a special party guaranteed to impress your guests.

Similar to sashimi which is cut into slices, for the Tartar tuna should be well dice. Cut carefully with a sharp knife on a cutting well clean and dry Board.
Try to get the best possible tuna, If it is necessary in a specialized shop. It is worth the effort, that depends on the dish in itself. The fish should be red, firm and without any smell.
The tuna tends to be fragile in the cut, a good trick is to wrap the fish in plastic foil and upload it to the freezer a few minutes earlier to make it firmer to cutting.
