INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BASE OF COOKIES
- 125 g of light vanilla cookies
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener in powder (bottle)
- 1 teaspoon of zest of Orange
- 3 tablespoons of margarine light 0% TRANS. at room temperature
- Vegetable spray.
FOR THE FILLING
- 190 CC. of cream 0%
- 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
- 400 g low-fat white cheese
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1/3 Cup of granulated sweetener
- 3 tablespoons of Strawberry Jam BC
FOR THE COVER
- 250 grams of red fruits, yams
- 3 tablespoons of dietary clarified Strawberry Jam
PREPARATION
- Place crackers broken into the bowl of the food processor and process until fine crumbs.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process for 1 minute.
- Moisten slightly with spray plant a mould of 22 cm and 5 or 6 cm of height.
