500 GR. of cheese mascarpone
150 GR. sugar
biscuits of ladyfingers
250 ml. milk (Optional).
We separate the egg whites from yolks.
Add sugar to yolks and beat.
We take the mascarpone cheese to the mixture and continue beating.
When the mix above is shows homogeneous can add you (to lower a little mascarpone cheese) a glass of milk or whipped cream and return to mix.
We do a full coffee cup.
We mix with liquor and dip the ladyfingers bizochos, that have previously placed in a mould.
On them biscuits cast the mix of the cheese and them eggs and let stand in the refrigerator a minimum of 4 hours (If you prepare it a day for another better).
Unmold and espolvoremos by over cacao in powder.
